The website you are currently visiting is operated by IBG Česko s.r.o. (hereinafter the “Company”). The Company is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, which, since 25 May 2018, primarily consists of EU Regulation 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”), supplemented in the Czech Republic by the accompanying act on personal data processing.
This section of the website contains information on how we process your personal data. This may vary depending on your relationship with the Company (e.g. whether you are a supplier, customer, visitor, or job applicant).

Categories of personal data
In the course of the Company’s activities, we process various categories of personal data, in particular:
- Address and identification data (e.g. name, surname, phone number, address, e-mail);
- Descriptive data, including image information;
- Data about another person.
Purposes of processing
We process personal data primarily for the following purposes:
- Carrying out business activities and related activities (negotiating contractual relationships, preparing calculations, offers and proposed solutions, identifying customer needs, managing contracts, fulfilling obligations, and providing service);
- Fulfilling requirements of state and other authorities and statutory obligations;
- Protecting the rights and legally protected interests of the Company;
- Internal administrative needs of the Company;
- Establishing, managing, and terminating relationships with intermediaries and business partners;
- Offering our own services (direct marketing);
- Approaching potential customers;
- Offering products and services of third parties and transferring personal data to third parties for this purpose;
- Transferring personal data within IBG group companies for internal administrative purposes.
Legal grounds for processing
- Processing necessary for the performance of a contract or for taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- Processing necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
- Processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- Consent of the data subject to processing for one or more specific purposes (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Sharing personal data
We use all personal data obtained from customers and third parties exclusively for the Company’s internal needs, protect it against misuse, and do not provide it to third parties without prior notice or consent.
Exceptions are companies belonging to the IBG group (IBG Slovensko s.r.o., IBG Magyarország Kft.), external companies providing support services, control and audit companies, providers of necessary services (administrative activities, payroll, archiving, legal advice, receivables management), and state and local government authorities. We process personal data only within the EU.
Retention period
We process and retain the personal data of customers and third parties for the period necessary to ensure all rights and obligations arising from the contract, and further for the period we are required to retain data under generally binding legal regulations. Personal data obtained on the basis of voluntary consent is processed until the consent is withdrawn.
Your rights
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to request that we:
- Provide you, upon your request, with information about what data we process about you (right of access);
- Correct or complete your personal data upon your request;
- Delete your personal data from our systems if we no longer need it, you have withdrawn your consent, you have legitimately objected, it has been processed unlawfully, or it must be deleted under legal regulations;
- Restrict the processing of your personal data;
- Stop processing personal data for which you have withdrawn your consent.
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the e-mail or postal address above. We will also notify you of any breach of the security of your personal data if such a breach poses a high risk to your rights.
