Traction Battery System for Tesco Central Warehouse in Postřižín

Challenge

The Tesco central warehouse in Postřižín operates a large fleet of material handling equipment, whose deployment must not slow down warehouse operations due to charging.

Sufficient charging capacity for 137 stations had to be secured so equipment would always be available during the required shifts.

Solution

We delivered lead-acid (Pb) traction batteries and 137 smart Axinet charging stations for the material handling fleet.

The smart charging stations manage charging cycles so equipment is available exactly according to the warehouse's shift schedule needs.
