We supply voltage systems from 24 V to 80 V, in LFP and Li-ion chemistries depending on service-life and charging-speed requirements, along with charging infrastructure for your entire forklift fleet. Applications are wide-ranging — material handling equipment, cleaning machines, wheelchairs, boats, ice resurfacers, aerial work platforms, and golf carts. We manufacture and supply more than 6,000 traction batteries a year.
Our offering also includes our own line of Smart PzS/PzB lead-acid traction batteries with tubular electrodes (rated at 2.0 V per cell), CE certified and manufactured under IBG Česko's own declaration of conformity. They can be optionally equipped with an AQ SET for automatic topping up with demineralized water, or a EUW SET with forced electrolyte circulation, which shortens charging time to as little as 5.5 hours and allows for opportunity charging between shifts.
